Countdown to NeoExodus: 7 Days...Cover Issue OR Cover Opportunity...

After nearly wait a month we just got the completed artwork for the cover.  We have been working from sketches of the artwork (which consisted of three characters on the front) to get a placement of where everything would be going, but today we got all the artwork in house and we noticed on little thing....

...With the three characters in color, the NeoExodus logo, Blue background stripe and little company icons on the front, it was WAY TOO CLUTTERED! I mean like a Nascar Race car covered in logos type of cluttered.  It was TOO much.  Way, WAY too much. So I had to take a step back and do what I thought would be best for this project. So I decided to go with only one character in the front of the cover, like we had done on all the other NeoExodus products. But then another little issue raised its head...

Which lone character would make the cover of the NeoExodus: A House Divided Campaign Book?

After looking at the character designs originally submitted, we finally got it down to two choices for the cover. But then the next issue happened.  We could not decide which cover was the best one to use. We went around and around since we liked them both, but in the end we reached a stalemate. Now since we love our fans of NeoExodus and we love to get input from them, we here at LPJ Design decided to asked them to help us decided on the cover for NeoExodus: A House Divided Campaign Book.

OK this will be very simple: Which cover to you want to see as our cover? Cover 1 or Cover 2? Places comments here or at our Facebook Page on the one you want us to use.  We will read them and they should help us choice the right one.  Once again thanks for you help with this! Talk to you later...

  1. I'm for Cover 1.

Cover 2 's colors don't seem to blend as well.

  2. Between the two covers, I would prefer the cheetara/catgirl/P'Tan cover (#2). Your demographic would probably prefer the female action shot rather than the male monster howling. - But I'm not convinced either is a great choice. Neither picture was designed to stand alone and represent ALL of Neoexodus. I would pickup the book off a store shelf based upon the NeoExodus banner, but not be particularly drawn in by either cover (anime catgirl vs. monster manual XV).
