Shape Master
Your training allows you to wild shape faster than usual.
Prerequisites: Wild Shape
Benefit: Three times per day you can wild shape as a free action without provoking an attack of opportunity. This does not add to the number of times per day you can wild shape, nor does it alter the shapes and forms you can assume; it simply allows you to change shape faster than usual.
Normal: Wild shape is a standard action that does not provoke an attack of opportunity.
I'm never a big fan of feats that allow a limited number of anything. It's just one more things that the GM or the player have to keep track of. In an already bookkeeping intensive hobby. How about just make it a move action without limit?
ReplyDeleteI agree that bookkeeping should be avoided. An alternative, consider "you may spend two wild shape uses to wild shape as a free action"
ReplyDeleteFree action might be a bit too powerful - multiple wild shapes in one turn. Perhaps a swift action.
ReplyDeleteI would also go for 1/d plus an additional use per X levels.
