Catalyst to offer PDFs through Retail with Catalyst RED, which you can read about this here. Now what does that mean for RPGNow? Good question. I don't the answer, but i do know that I said this should have been done like 5 years ago by RPGNow and repeated it often to anyone who would listen. RPGNow kept telling me they couldn't do it effefctively and profitable. Well I guess Catalyst didn't have those issue. I guess I will be making some calls on Monday to see about this.
