Good news, better news situation for Obsidian Apocalypse!

The good news is that we just got in the FINAL version of the spells for Obsidian Apocalypse from the writers & editor and now it is in layout for the book. This one has all the new updated spell naming specific donors donated for.

The better news is that when the book layout for the spells is finished I will be converting them over to the Ultimate Spell Deck: Obsidian Apocalypse. I am guessing this might all be done my sometime this weekend. We are still waiting for a few more little pieces to come in, but THIS was one of the two the big ones still left. Next finishing up the monsters and getting all the right artwork for them. See that the light at the end of the tunnel and it’s not another train coming right at us. Print On Demand Card Decks coming to RPGNow & DriveThruRPG!

As I am sure most of you may not know this but One BookShelf  / RPGNow / DriveThruRPG just announced yesterday that they will now be able to do Print-On-Demand (POD) card decks starting in January. You heard it right, we at LPJ are now going to be able to do card deck of our already successful Ultimate Spell Deck lines. So if you ever wished you could just have a deck of cards instead of have to print and cut them out yourself, you dreams have arrived. On top of that, the rest of our PDF Decks will be getting the POD treatment.  So get your money ready for the TONS of new POD decks we will be putting out.  

Plus best of all for us at LPJ Design, this new service will make it possible for us to create our extremely long time in development educational card game, Grammar: The Sentence Creation Card Game, and print it to the gaming market as an actual deck of cards.  I think this is a great move into helping small publishers become more profitable. Don't you wish you could get blank psionic cards for Pathfinder game...

So when Pathfinder was released many people asked about Psionic for the rules set and Paizo can in with the mind set that not one at the company championed the rules set so most likely it would not be covered. And with that in steps Dreamscarred Press. The had highly successfully supported psionics for 3.5 OGL so doing it for Pathfinder was a normal transition.  Dreamscarred Press released Psionics Unleashed as their start of support of Pathfinder and have continued on with several more products.  We LPJ Design have also supported them with the release of NeoExodus Chronicles: Psionic Cavian and Secret Societies of NeoExodus: Section Omega. So it was only natural to start supporting them with our PDF Ultimate Decks lines. What LPJ Design is work on now...

While I wait for artwork to come in, I have decided to return to the project that I have put off for far too long.  I am going to finish up the last class of the Ultimate Spell Decks that I started working on a while ago.  Due to their amount of spells, I knew the Wizards / Sorcerer classes would be a pain to do.  But once again I have committed myself to finish this project so I am hoping that I can have it done by the end of the month, if not sooner.  So if you bought the other Ultimate Spell Decks have no fear the last one IS coming out.  Then I will have to go through other Third Party Products and start making Ultimate Spell Decks for them.  Talk to you later...
