I'm no expert on this sort of thing, but since you ask for feedback:
ReplyDeleteMy immediate sense is that these tiers, particularly the higher-level ones, aren't as enticing as they could be. Here are some ideas I've seen in other kickstarter projects:
* Give high-level supporters some creative input into the project. For instance, let them create a character to appear in the novella, define a minor sideplot that is worked into the story, etc.
* Let higher-level supporters see early drafts or outlines of the story and provide feedback.
* Exclusive extra content: high-level supporters get an RPG adventure that ties into the novella, a short story or extra chapter written exlusively for them, "extra" material or chapters that are cut from the final product, etc.
* High-level supporters get their game group's PCs (from the RPG) mentioned in the novella.
I'm not sure if any of those are feasible on your end, but one or two of them would make the higher-level tiers more interesting to me.
