There is a website I go to on a weekly basis that has a short podcast series called Martini Shot that talks about what it is like to work in Hollywood from a writers perspective. Rob Long hosts the show and every week (just about) you get a very SCARY (at least to me) insight of Hollywood and how they think. I find the podcast to be incredibly interesting while at the same time being some of the funniest stories you will ever hear.
