There are none more dangerous in the world of Exodus than the terrorist organization known as the Folding Circle.  Consisting on only five core members, this organization has cause some of the greatest suffering and devastation on the planet.  They are responsible for such crimes as assault, blackmail, creation of weapons of mass destruction, extortion, murder and treason. The Folding Circle rarely concerns itself with large-scale military type movements – it prefers to work with pinpoint strikes, sending a small group of powerful individuals to achieve some aim or another. Usually, one of the leaders will travel out to wherever a problem or opportunity has arisen. This sourcebook comes equipped with:
