Expanding LPJDesign, Step 4.25

OK I just got the official final version of the Music for the first song and it is EXCELLENT! Very Fort Minor / Styles of Beyond / Crystal Method / Chemical Brothers. I hope to get this released by this week, maybe Wednesday or Thursday. Finally another piece coming together. I have also placed the Deathmate Records website up and have been updating it as I fine tune it to get it to the place that I like. Looks like Deathmate Records is coming together perfectly. Now I have to start selling the concept of what Deathmate is to other people. That is going to be fun. Talk to you later...

Expanding LPJ Design, Step 4

I am in the process in signing a another person to my new record label Deathmate Records. Beau Butger AKA Bonus is a member of Brokensound Blvd here is South Florida and one of my co-workers. So if everything goes well, I hope to have him signed for at least one song and we will see where we can go from there. PLUS I might even have an entertainment / Intellectual Property lawyer signed on to the company to make sure everything is legal and on the up and up. I am taking this VERY SERIOUSLY since the music business is very well known for Shady characters. Talk to you later...

Plans for Today: Clean up House!

My big plan for today is to clean up my home (apartment) and hit up Ikea to do some shopping. I am still working on some projects that just came in, plus getting Deathmate up and rolling but I hope that today is a quite day. Talk to you later...

Well I bought the name and placed up the company logo (It is good being a graphic designer) and now Deathmate Records is on its way. I also talked to our main producer and I expect to have the first sound ready to listen to by Sunday. So when I hear it, you will here it. Talk to you later...

Just purchased DeathmateRecords.com last night. I hope that I can get the "landing page" with the company logo up by this weekend. Plus I plan to have the ORIGINAL five music tracks that were made for the company, but went no where due to working with the wrong people (Can you say Gary "Hive" Simpson) online so you can listen to. Expanding LPJ Design, Step 3

Well this is a small announcement that will be announced as a LARGE announce most likely in a few weeks, so here we go. Louis Porter Jr. Design has formed it own internet/digital record label called Deathmate Records. Deathmate will focus on creating music genres of alternative rock, alternative metal, nu metal and rapcore. So if you are a fan of Linkin Park, Rage Against the Machine, Fort Minor, Public Enemy, Limp Bizkit, Stuck Mojo, Incubus, Styles of Beyond, Demigodz, Celldweller, The Crystal Method, The Chemical Brothers, Nonpoint, Trust Company and even some Fall Out Boy and Gym Class Heroes. So if you like any of these groups, then you will like our music.
