Coming Soon: Imperial Janissary
Sometimes, when a rebellion or an enemy incursion or a supernatural threat menaces the security of a province, the Imperial Alliance sends a division of soldiers.Sometimes, it sends a single Janissary.
The Janissary is a member of the Imperial Alliance’s most elite martial brotherhood a psionic warrior and investigator without peer. Many problems resolve themselves as soon as he announces his presence; the Janissary has arrived and the game is up. He is well equipped to deal with the few recalcitrant villains who attempt to hide or fight him, however. Malcontents fear the Janissary’s power more than any other foe’s, for few indeed can hide their thoughts from him and fewer still can stand against him once he roots out their offenses. The Janissary’s reputation among the citizenry is somewhat more mixed. While his efforts to keep the peace are greatly admired, his psionic abilities unnerve those he is tasked with protecting.

Bring on the BAD GUYS!
That is right, the BAD GUYS! Not the bad guys, but the BAD GUYS! I mean the type of BAD GUYS that send players, running fear. I don’t mean when you see a dragon, I mean the fear when you see a mind flayers for the first time extract the brain of the toughest character in the party, killing them outright. Or the first time you realized you were in a beholder’s antimagic cone. That kind of fear. The fear that you think your character might die in this encounter. Well the BAD GUYS I have been working on are just like that. All of them terrible and terrorizing in their own special way. Right now all you know about so far are the First Ones and really how much do you know about them? (Here is a hint, there are 4 “groups” of First Ones that will be appearing in the upcoming adventures from us, so stay tuned). All you need to know is that I am going into the deep dark areas of my mind to create the First Ones and that is where I am staying to get the members of the Folding Circle. What is or who are the Folding Circle, I guess you have to wait and see. Talk to you later…

"Accidently Sliped Out": The First Ones...
The First Ones:
Roughly over 5,000 years ago, before the first empires existed on Exodus and even before Kaga existed, the First Ones ruled over Exodus. For nearly a millennia, the First Ones had forced their will against the lands of Exodus and ruled it with an iron hand. The First Ones rules were the law of the land and none dared oppose it. The First One debauchery knew no bounds as they dined the humanoid flesh of those they enslaved and drank their blood to quench their thirst. There we no limits to what they would do. And none that could oppose them until he came...
More to come. Talk to you later...

The Artwork of NeoExodus: What I a looking for
First off, I REFUSED to do the same type of artwork you always see in fantasy games; that painted classic looking fantasy style. Everyone has done this style over and over again. I wanted to avoid that with the plague. I wanted to do a something that was a cross between modern day comic book artists like Jim Lee, George Perez, Paul Pelletier, Jim Cheung, the guys from Udon and Wildstorm and influence of Japanese Manga and Anime television shows and movies like Ghost in the Shell, Perfect Blue, Samurai Champloo and Cowboy Bepob. With all those cool kinds of inspiration are you surprised that it looks they way it does? Talk to you later.

NeoExodus Forum now up!
You want to know about NeoExodus? Look here...
I got this over at the forum at EN World and I wanted to share it with you...
I'm a little confused as to what NeoExodus is all about. As far as I can tell a number of races, prestige classes etc. have been released, but I've no idea what the setting is all about. Is there a main setting book coming or are you releasing everything peacemeal?
Thanks!
Pinotage
My Answer:
OK there are several answers to this but first off let me say, THERE IS A MAIN SETTING BOOK FOR NEOEXODUS: A HOUSE DIVIDED COMING OUT SOON!!!! As what I have done with several other setting that we make we are going to release a For Free Version of the setting (This will contain all of the fluff material for the setting) and we will release a For Pay version of the campaign setting (This will have everything that is in the free version, plus with all the crunchy bits like ALL NEW NEVER SEEN BEFORE classes, feats, spells, monsters and etc). Both of these versions will be in PDF format.
What we are also doing is putting the NeoExodus: A House Divided Campaign Setting IN PRINT AVAILABLE AT YOUR FLGS!!!! So you can get this setting any way you want, PDF or Bookshelf version, it is all up to you.
What the NeoExodus: A House Divided Campaign Setting is about is best described as a "Fantasy Punk" setting. The official Core Ethos Sentence of the setting is: NeoExodus is a world of fantasy punk where the heroes use their swords, covert and political actions along with magic to perform deeds that earn them fame and notoriety and even possible save the world. NeoExodus has several different "reasons" and "events" that are jumping on points for PCs including:
1) Imagine a world a woman kills her own older sister and then frames her own older bother for the crime just so she can become ruler of an empire. How could you bring her to justice and what might she do to you to stop you?
2) Imagine a world where the largest organized religion and an empire with the 2nd largest military force join forces to spread their idea and beliefs over the entire world, by any means necessary. What do you think would happen to you if you didn’t believe as they do and how could you stop them?
3) Imagine a world where a deadly plague has infected an area with a highly deadly and highly intelligent quicksilver liquid looking creature that takes over the bodies of those it infects, feeds off of them, staying hidden, and only strikes out when it has been discovered or to get more food. How do you stop something you can see until it is also too late?
4) Imagine a world where the total and complete information, secrets and arcane knowledge of the world for the last 5,000 years is in one secret location where anyone can get access to this information as easy as just by asking for it. What do you think certain individuals would do to keep and control that information and knowledge for themselves?
And these are just SOME of the interesting ideas and set-up for NeoExodus: A House Divided. As I have stated before, NeoExodus is unlike any other fantasy setting you have ever seen, so keep checking out the stuff and the products we release. We have some big plans for NeoExodus.

Wasting time when I should be working...
You scored as Neo, the "One". Neo is the computer hacker-turned-Messiah of the Matrix. He leads a small group of human rebels against the technology that controls them. Neo doubts his ability to lead but doesn't want to disappoint his friends. His goal is for a world where all men know the Truth and are free from the bonds of the Matrix.
